Poise Coordination Package -

| Coordination begins: 2-3 months out |

  • 3 Scheduled meetings prior to your Wedding day – Two of which will be in person.

  • Discounts on Bridal Party Hair & Makeup Services

  • Complete wedding management and day-of execution provided by 2 Certified Wedding Coordinators for 10 hours 

  • Review of all of your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.

  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your vendor form and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details.

  • Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.

  • Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone calls and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!

  • Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day.– we keep everyone in check!

  • Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you will questions or concerns!

  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts, or walk at the Ceremony. 

  • Assist with bridal party and family for photographs

  • Set-out and styling of wedding elements based on your direction.~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)*

  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating.

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors.

  • Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.

  • Most importantly, FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!

  • Rehearsal practice for wedding party and family (Choreographed).

Poise Planning Package  -

| Planning begins: 6 - 24 months out |

  • You will receive everything listed above in our Poise Coordination Package.

  • 1 hour free in person consultation prior to signing a contract.

  • We will meet with you to understand your vision and create a design specific to your dream wedding.

  • Creation and management of your wedding budget which means we will also negotiate prices with all vendors involved, to fit your wedding budget.

  • Hire all vetted, licensed and insured Wedding vendors (including rentals, flowers, caterers, bakery, officiant, photographer, entertainment, video, and signage)

  • You can email us at anytime and we will always respond within 24 hrs. 

  • Unlimited phone calls (the must be scheduled) We are here to help & educate you if you have any questions throughout the whole planning process.

  • We will schedule or attend all of the following: Design meeting, Budget meeting, Vendor meetings, Venue walk-through meeting, Cake tasting, Catering tasting, dress fitting, hair & makeup trial.
